XHZ POWER utilizes the new Weichai 6M31 series engine. The core new features of the Weichai 6M31 series (dedicated for power generation) include high power density, extreme compactness, strong transient response, autonomous ECU, high efficiency and low consumption, and high reliability.

The specific power output reaches 47.6 kW/L, with a maximum single-unit power of 880 kW. It is compatible with 800 kW standby/720 kW regular units.

Compared to mainstream competitors: volume - 21.2%, weight - 24.8%, it saves more space and is easier to install.

Ultra-fast transient response

Dual turbocharging + high pressure ratio and low inertia design, with a one-step loading of 50%, meets GB/T30253 standards, suitable for critical scenarios such as data centers and hospitals.

Fully autonomous control strategy ensures data security and controllability, supporting unattended operation, parallel operation, and automatic startup.

With leading thermal efficiency, the fuel consumption at full load is as low as 195g/kWh, meeting the non-road Tier 3 and EPA2 standards.

High reliability and long lifespan

Compact graphite cast iron cylinder block, nitrided crankshaft; durability test exceeds 2000 hours, with a design lifespan of 32000 hours.

Quick start + Environmental adaptation

Optimize the starting system to adapt to temperatures ranging from **-40℃ to 50℃ and an altitude of 4000m**, with noise level at 7 meters being ≤75dB (A).
